Delete your account and associated data
If you would like to delete your account and all associated data, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to contact@vocube.app.
- Use the email address that is connected to your VOCUBE account (the same one you use to sign in). Requests from other addresses cannot be verified and may be delayed or declined.
- Use this subject line:
Account Deletion Request
We will process your request and delete your account and associated data within 7 days of confirming your identity (matching the registered email).
What we delete
When your request is completed, we remove your VOCUBE account and the personal data we hold for that account, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain records for a limited time.
